Acceptable behavior to customer

There are sometimes in which customers are going to display some kind of behaviours that you do not like but you should text much as possible not to retaliate in a rude or annoying manner.
as the owner of the business , we should know better and would have seen far more worse about how customers behave most of the time which we must have known how to handle.

It is not necessary for business owners to try very hard to create jokes when is not necessary , it supposed to comes naturally and that is how it would be fun. I believe there should be some limitation and shouldn't be taken too far
 
It is always very important for you to address your customers in a respectful manner. Whenever you are addressing them you need to put some level of respect and humor.
 
Having a good sense of humour do helps irrespective of where not it's important to know when to do and when not, when it's too much, one shouldn't lose sight of his duties and what's really important
That is true,because sometimes it is one of the ways you use to ease off pressure from the job,and make the customer feel at ease,but one should know the kind of humour to display in front of customers.
