I can't believe that something like this is still happening in our modern day community where a business owner or a boss would only be interested in employing only those who worships the same faith with him. Is the business some sort of a cult thing or what because it's very difficult for me to understand it.

How can a business limit it staffs hiring to only their church members?

Unfortunately there are still pockets of people around the world who still only want to support their people or their beliefs. There will always be those businesses that only hire their kind, which is messed up. Here in the US, I imagine a lot of southern states hire people they are comfortable with and don't hire people they don't understand.

I think laws and regulations can help in stopping this sort of thing from happening. But if it's someone who owns their own business, it's within their right, at least in the US to hire whoever they want. Of course some places may claim discrimination. Which is a good step in stopping this sort of thing from happening.

As far as I'm concerned, it's pure discrimination and there's nothing anyone would tell me that's going to make it look or sound different to me. Even if it's their own business and being within their right to do as they see fit, it's so wrong to cut off other people like that and for what?

I don't think all of these things actually do matter. The important thing is to employ those who are actually good at what they do and nothing else. Wherever he's able to find such category of people shouldn't be a problem.

I think these are unprofessional people. They don't understand the difference between faith and real life. Faith is purely a personal affair. When they employ only those who are part of his cult, he might end up hiring inferior people and it might cause a big loss.

They are highly unprofessional and I won't worry about working for such individual. They will involve their whole church principles into the business and it can be very unfortunate for someone who isn't a member of the so called church to adapt with working there.

That one is just a very high level of unprofessionalism because a company that wants to grow should not be a plane people based on sentiment but rather based on physical hard facts and even if a person should be taken in based on sentiment the person should be made to understand that these are the kinds of values expected of you.
