Do you promote your products on youtube as most people are making huge amount of money by promoting amazon, eBay, Shopify and other affiliate programs.

I had considered it with drum lessons - but my equipment needed improvement

IT takes to invest, but really makes good amount. I tried, but later my adsense account was banned for that channel so I left and the hard work went into mud.

I have considered it but I'm in the process of raising the funds for paid advertising for SYV. Here are some tips for you on how to gain more YT views: @JessicaJohan

  1. Know and target your audience.
  2. Have a budget.
  3. Tell your story in 5 seconds to engage.
  4. Use detailed and rich titles and tags.
  5. Upload a eye catching thumbnail image.
  6. Optimize your videos seo.
  7. Choose a upload schedule and stick with it.
  8. Consider video quality, and finally join a promotional YT community to help maximise potential viewers

Since YouTube has no paid boosting, you would need paid promotion via AdWords, BingAds, Facebook.

Youtube is a great way of earning money through affiliates and ads but for it to be successful, one need to create engaging and quality content for its users. If your videos get views then only you can earn good money.

I have a YouTube channel. My audience is a local niche so it’s easier to sell merchandise from what I can tell. I notice that I tend to sell more tshirts when I advertise in videos by stating something like “do you like this shirt? Buy it from the link below”. I try to wear my own merch as much as I can to get it seen.
