This plugin enables you to "thank" a members reply not just to your posts but all posts in general. It makes the person happier to see his post has been appreciated rather than ignored. And it also helps reduce spam from short reply with just a simple "thanks or thank you".

I Have been using it on the forum and I personally love it and I can see most of the users here are giving "thanks" to each other via this plugin and it has reduce quiet a lot of short replies, just the way I wanted.

As a forum poster, I am here to say a lot more than "thank you." While having "thank you" note on your system and encouraging your members to use it, might reduce spam, I consider, people should post detailed gratitude post.

I agree with you @Alexander, it really is valuable when I see as a member, a thank you and an interaction with other people. It has indeed cut down a bit on spam and short replies. In the time I have been here I have noticed the difference.

I often used the words 'thank you' to appreciate members contributions on any PTP sites i am into. I don't see anything that makes it look spamming nor trash, it just a way to appreciate a member when they contributed excellently.

I guess it is invaluable but I would still prefer the traditional way of showing gratitude though not in a spammy way. However, I guess in a platform that accommodates thousands, plugins like that are important.

i don't think that people pay attention to such as small details to be honest, as he knows that it's coming from a bot, unless you make it looks like coming from a real person

I have not seen any thank you messages for my comment on this website so I am wondering how this thank-you plug-in works because since my time that I have been posting on this website I have not seen any thank you messages at all.

Well, I'm habitual to say thanks after learning something new from others. But today after knowing your kindness for other users to boost up their confidence and Interest, I'm confident to use it properly in my posts.

When the user explains something benefiting to my life, i have no other choice than to say, thank you. I'm happy learning and trying to earn better online.

I agree with your point of view. The forum should try to encourage members to post more than just thank you or I learned a lot. Forums are for discussion and the discussion should be meaningful.

That is something very good plus it will help reduce the amount of time beofre you can posst anything else, plus it is good because it a means of passing information or salutation greeting to someone, it will help in know ing that there are people that saw your posted and liked it

That's a kind of a very good button that shows how one is very polite to their fellow human beings. That's a very noble innovation from you Alex

Well, I believe you are talking about the "Like" button, right? Yes, it is always a good idea to have such kind of plug-in on your forum and it seems that almost all the forums have such kind of "Thank You" button. It is also crucial because it help us to know how people perceive our contributions on the forum.

Sure, that's the kind of messages they tag on forums as spam. Even if we're complimenting the user member, it shouldn't just be one or two words. We should still throw light on what's elaborated, or better leave a like on the post and go off.

Some forums are rewarding trophies if you get a certain number of thank like a trophy if you get 300 thanks or 500 thanks or 1000 thanks and then may there is extra rewards for users with high reputation than users with low reputation because it differenciate from a user to a user if user has low reputation means this answers are n't helpfull to community or if a user has a high reputation means it merits to become a VIP user with a reduction or moderator team.

I aslo think the thank you system you put in the mix on bizdustry is really cool. And ads flavour to the conversations happening here and how people feel appreciated too

Yeah! Bizdustry also rewards you trophies. By the way, today I earned the "Most Likeable" trophy in here on Bizdustry. This suggests that people in here are actually kind of liking my contributions. I thank all the members of Bizdustry for liking my posts, and I hope you will benefit from the knowledge which I possess and share! :)

I think that's it's like a more efficient and effective way to motivate your members and keep them on track pushing them further to do more.

I think this is a good thing to always do because it shows how you value peoples around you and it can also make them fell appreciated and comfortable, but the problem i see with saying thank you on a forums is that only few people pay attention to it .
