I see employees working remotely as a positive thing because its impact is going to be widespread like it is going to control the everyday traffic of people trying to get to work even when it is not necessary to go.

I think the most trending workplace ethics noun is that what are now being fast paced so that a lot of things can be achieved within a short period of time and after that I think the next on the list is employees now working more remotely as a result of the coronavirus pandemic which is ravaging the world right now.

Talking on workplace trend , there should be more focus on work life balance in the sense that then two should be balanced , most people focus more on work and their social life unbalanced,

The issue of gender equality has to be addressed in many workplaces. But I don't believe it is only the female gender that is treated poorly. It cuts across different sectors and it affects both set of genders.

I think the focus on work life balance is a very welcome development; it has been found that a lot of people because of how demanding work can be, seem not to have time for themselves anymore.
The negative trend that I see is the work being faster paced - I feel more specialists should be hired so work is done more efficiently.

I see all the things you listed above as positive things. Employees working remotely ensures a faster pace of getting work done. A faster pace of work is also a good thing. I dont see any of the things you mentioned above as negative.

Since the outbreak of the pandemic of coronavirus a lot of companies have actually embraced employees working remotely without having to be physically present in the office to work which is a very good thing now.

Gender equality is actually a very big thing to me because over here in my country a lot of women are being treated as if they are not equal to men especially when it comes to work places.
