I always give utmost importance to the condition of my work environment. If I notice that it is not conducive for me I won't even work there, my peace of mind is very important.

It is when the employee feels comfortable that they will be working freely without being feared of getting attacked by dangerous people from outside or even colleague , that's why as a worker , we prefer working in a safe working environment .

Having a high-security set up in your business establishment is something that is very necessary especially if the nature of your business is something that is sensitive. You need a very good security detail to ensure the safety of your workers.

It is going to be a very big mistake for you to actually be spending your own money in buying things for a company where you are working because whenever you are getting out from there, there is a high possibility that you can not take anything out of the company unless it is accounted for that you bought it with your money.

I have worked in a company where they had a canteen and the fact remains that we (workers) have to purchase the products with our own money. They never offered products for fee at all.
