I have this plugin installed, and it helps a tad. If I remember correctly, you do have to set up a list of keywords and how it should tag. After you get it setup, then you don't have to worry about it much.

i make like 10 to 15 posts at a time so it helps me alot. i just copied my tags that already were on the blog with one button, and it just grabs the text from the title or post and it gets a tag
