WordCamp US 2017

As I just found out this evening, WordCamp will be in my hometown of Nashville from December 1st to December 3rd. I had never actually even heard of this event, but it sounds pretty interesting. This conference is for WordPress developers, bloggers, etc. This is the national event, so it sounds like it's kind of a big deal.

Has anyone ever attended a WordCamp?

I'm thinking about going, since it's already going to be so close to where I live.

I haven't attended one but I was going to go to the one closer to me in Minnesota, however it was discontinued for this year. You're lucky and definitely should go I've heard really good things about it from local meetups that are around me.
