Women as Managers

Managing the kitchen succesfully does not mean they must also be succesful in managing a business , i believe there's individual differences when it comes to management ,truth be told , some women are really good at managing but men are better .

That's your opinion though. From my experience, having worked in about 8 different organizations, 3 managed by women and the rest by men, I think women are better managers. The female managers I worked with were very good in financial and man management.

Women will always want to make a point when made managers. They will want to see things work as it should be and that is something that I am always happy about. I've worked under 3 managers at different workplaces and two of them did good jobs at different times.
