With Yahoo Answers leaving, will all that content be gone?

So, a lot of people utilized Yahoo Answers as a way to get backlinks. I'll admit, I used to answer Yahoo questions all the time, and if I remember correctly, you could insert your site and name like with some blogs and commenting. Anyway, I know some people utilized Yahoo Answers as a way to get backlinks. Do you think with Yahoo Answers closing, that those backlog of questions will be deleted?

Or is Yahoo keeping all of their questions up, just more so archiving it all?

I do not know what is happening with yahoo answers, I never used the program. If they are phasing out, I think they will allow the users to download their content and data

Yahoo answers is not the only way through which someone can get backlink for your website so if they are leaving I don't think it will affect most people that are using backlinks.
