Windows Movie Maker? or Similar? Free..

Does anyone know where i can i get a full free download of the Windows Movie Maker video editing software? or A free download of any other video editing software that is very similar to Windows Movie Maker? I used to have Windows Movie Maker on some previous computers, but this laptop i now have doesn't have it.

I use Premiere Pro and Sony Vegas so I'm not completely sure if this is what you're are looking for.
