Its very true its all depend on the service and the quality of services you render to the people that is your customer, so for this I think we need to treat our customer carefully and ensure they get the satisfaction they deserve so they can also bring others

Lolz, I don't really have a business now . Management really plays a very important role here together with customer satisfaction and this would be the main priority of every business owners. When you satisfy your customers they will likely refer other people to you.
 
That could be a nice move buy a business Enterprise , but most customers won't likely consider this as a big deal and as a result they won't even tell you if they have brought in people to patronize you in your business or not.
 
I could say it with all level of clarity that my customers would refer people to my business because the way I treated them is very good. I take my customers as being part of my business and I treat them like a king.
 
I have been enjoying the exact privilege because i have been good to my customers , I always satisfy them and whenever theres a complain about my job , i always apologise and correct my mistakes , so that alone has been working to my advantage because my customers normally advertise my work and brings more customers for me.
 
Before your customers can even think of returning to your business to do more trades with you, they must have seen that you're a people person. If that's the case, yes I think my customers will do the marketing themselves in telling their friends to do business with me as well.
 
The reason is that when you have a good quality product in your business this will really bring other customers to your business, because many customers like to buy quality product in times of buying.
