Will Video Games turn you to a lonely person?

Most of the times, you need a full dedication to gaming before you can beat your chest and say that you are getting it right. However, playing games has been said to make people stay to themselves. Do you think this is true that addicted game players keep to themselves?

Not always. I think we have about as many people who are in a relationship than we do those that are single playing video games. I myself am engaged and I still sink hours into games like Skyrim or Fallout 4 during some of my evenings. I do think that some people can become obsessed and isolate themselves or become reclusive due to an over passionate habit of just wanting to game.

I don't believe that playing video games can make you a lonely person. With online multiplayer being as popular as it is now it is easy to either meet new people online when gaming or even play with your friends online which helps to prevent people from being lonely.
