Inability of many to face the reality of what we have today is the major problem. A lot of employed youths and adults are on this platform, some earning as part time while others are here for a fu time but you will be surprised to see a jobless youth introduced to sites like bizdustry and yet they never take the opportunity serious. Same are those complaining of no job out there

I think the major cause of unemployment is overpopulation and not enough to go round. There is just too much people and really few jobs vacancy available for the public. Ontop of that majority of the aged people are still sticking to their jobs instead of retiring so that there can be more vacant positions.

@Ralphjoe you've just highlighted the root cause of unemployment rate in most developing countries. The Government hasn't been making a deliberate effort to reduce unemployment rate in developing countries. Leaving such duties to citizens who lack the financial backings to setup a small businesses isn't helping at all due to the teaming unemployed citizens.

The unemployment rate is high in my country, but still, people look for ways to generate income in different ways, be it online, doing different tasks or entrepreneurs and offline.
