I've had issues with DreamHost here lately.
I'm considering moving but I just hate to because I've been with them for so long.
They claim to have an excellent customer service experience. I don't agree. I think most of it is automated and outsourced and usually don't get support responses for well over 24 hours after submitting a claim.
