Who does artists in music industry do drugs?

Over the years, it's been seen that a lot of artists are involved in drugs one way or another. It's either they are using or they are pushing. Some of them have been arrest and jailed, the unfortunate one's who uses have died of overdose. DMX was a good example.

Why can't musical artists stay out of drugs?
