I don't think youtube can be termed the best platform to learn photoshop. Well, youtube has a lot o useful tutorials, however, it is difficult to find the video you want. Since anyone can rank high through SEO, a highly ranked video may not be the best tutorial. Furthermore, it is also difficult to find videos based on the levels such as intermediate, learner, advance, etc.

You can find a lot of photoshop courses on various learning sites, choose the one that suits you. I have not tried myself but I have seen really good courses on udemy. I suggest you do a simple google search, check the top results, compare the price and the user ratings and review before enrolling for a course.

I don't really suggest online courses since there are free tutorial in youtube there are thousands of channel and plenty of different tutorial you want to learn. I've had a skillshare subscription before (free trial) and yeah I prefer youtube more because there are some tutorial that can't be found in skillshare. Im using photoshop for a while now and Im quite knowlegeable with it. Thanks to youtube.

Using udemy will be the best they have got lot of tutorial in line with graphic design. Motion graphics, 3D modeling, steel graphics and there likes. But udemy course are paid course but sometimes they give away free courses. Try join there telegram group for update on new courses in line with graphics.
