Which one you do more at work : Sitting or Standing?

In your line of work, how do you carry out your daily routine? Do you tend to sit down more or stand for most time of the day? I know those who are working as security guards stand more than those who work desk jobs.

I will never apply for any work where I'm going to stand up to work throughout the day. I won't give myself such punishment because I want to make money.

I work from home so I'm sitting most of the time while I'm working.

I stand about 98% of the time because I have a physically demanding job as a retail stocker.

It is going to be very difficult for me to stand most of the time at my workplace because I will have a very serious breakdown as a lot of my constant back problem.

I'm sitting down to work on my desk. I can get up and walk around whenever I want because I'm not confined to stay in one place until I've closed for the day.
