The first freelancing site I ever tried was oDesk, which later rebranded as Upwork. As I waited for my bid to be accepted, I started joining other freelancing sites including Fiverr. I god my first freelancing job on oDesk, which got me 5 start review. The five start review helped me acquire more jobs. By the time I was getting a couple of contracts on odesk, I had no sales on Fiverr. Since you can bid on existing jobs and impress your clients with a sales pitch, I feel that it is easier to secure jobs on Upwork compared to Fiverr. What do you think?
