Where to get images for your design?

I have been using pixabay since a long time, I think I started using pixabay since 2014. IN the past I have also tried using flickr. But most of the flickr images are protected.

Nice one my friend. I do use most of these sites to get my pictures and templates but the one I use more that you failed to mention is mixkit.com.

Yes, the platforms you mentioned are great. However, I do not think that they would be sufficient for a graphic designer. Being a graphic designer, you may actually need to buy content in order to make a great illustration and get good results. All of such things are not available for free, unfortunately.

Stock photos are the way to go, especially if you pay for them. I wouldn't use most free sites, because you usually have to include a mention of where the photo was. I usually do anyway, but with free stock images, they usually require you to share copyright info on the post.

There are lots of free image sourcing website out there and most of them have good images to be used for graphic designing , I guess you just have to use them . Example is unsplash

Seriously, there are so many image sourcing websites just like you mentioned. Personally, I like to make use of Getty images and Shutterstock for my images.

The issue I have with Shutterstock is that they normally customize their image and as such you have to first of all work towards getting out their symbol from the image

Seriously, you are very correct with that assessment because it's one of the biggest challenges of making use of pictures that you get from shutterstock as they always try as much as they can to mark their picture and make it unique for themselves.

Yes,I think free royalty image websites are very good options. You can also consider taking some images with your camera and edit to your taste if you're good with editing. You can also screenshot some videos and use those screenshots as image. You can also create some graphical illustrations and use them as your images.

Many lovely and perfect photographs may be found on websites such as pixabay, istock, and shutterstock. You can take as many pictures as you want there. They're completely free.
