I have no idea on what website can give you free lessons on animation. But I just want to say that animation is now getting popular not only in Japan where they are specializing on animation but also in some other fields of video. A friend in the movie industry who is a film director told me that he has plans of making an animation movie about the folklore of our country. But his problem is the expensive charge of animators. That means animators earn so much.
