When you're sick

I was just thinking of this topic as I am dealing with a nasty cold/cough. When you are sick, do you just not wanna do anything? I honestly had a rough time sleeping the past few nights, so sleep was no option barely.

Us men, we are babies when we’re sick. At least that’s what my wife always says.I don’t get sick often, luckily but when I do, everyone in the house knows, lol. I’m usually dead in the couch then.

I try not to let it get the best of me, although it usually does. I take it easy and don’t do much, but I’ll always get out of bed and go in the shower as it makes me feel fresh.

Yes, when I'm sick I generally feel like sleeping or lazying around all day long.

It is basically the only time that I will sit down and watch movies. So in some ways it is nice as I can finally catch up on the movies everyone is talking about.

I always hate being really sick as I feel I can never sleep properly when it comes to being sick and that often ends up running into my days where I do not have any energy to want to do anything. I remember back in 2018 I think it was, I fell really ill with the flu and I was down and out for a week. I felt so guilty about not feeling up to it and not being able to do the things I needed to and I hated that.

It is basically the only time that I will sit down and watch movies. So in some ways it is nice as I can finally catch up on the movies everyone is talking about.

What I did but also didn't have a computer at the time, so yeah! Glad to be back with a new monitor and freshly cleaned PC tower.
