Yes, even in many Tier 3 countries, the villages have developed a lot. In the past, children in there hardly used to have good facilities, but now things have changed a lot. Now people in villages also use computers.

I hate using credit card. However, I would prefer debit card. The main issue is that you must need to meet a certain kind of requirements before you could actually get one.

I understand your point. However, the main issue here is the distinction between between the use of cash and using bank cards for transactions. Many people find the latter more convenient and safe to use.

The only time I think it is acceptable to use a credit card is when you know you have the means to pay it back.

I know that sounds a bit backward but building credit with cards is all people should use them for at this point as they pose a risk of keeping you in debt for years, even decades.

There are some people that are extremely reckless and do not understand that they will have to pay the money even with interest and the end up buying things that they do not even need.

I am sure that you cannot get a cash back all the time when you use credit card. Overall, credit card will lead to accumulation of interest and in the end you may end up paying extra interest. This is why I never use credit cards at all.
