I agree with you. Bonuses should be given to deserving staff who work hard to meet their targets and objectives. It will serve as motivation for them to continue giving their best while others will strive to in order to earn their reward as well.At some period of time, it's expected of an employer to guves out bonuses to his employees so as to enable them works with more confidence. Most especially at the time the work with courage to meet a goal.

Normally there should be no specific time and this can be done only when the company feels like. There's nothing there actually.
