When should a business owner be entitled to salary?

To me, a business owner taking out of the business earnings for personal projects at an early stage of the business is STEALING FROM THE BUSINESS.

A business owner who wants the business to grow won’t be tempted to use the business earnings for personal projects. The owner should be entitled to salary when the business is having steady cash flow.

Have you been stealing from your business?
Owners shouldn't pay themselves until their company is prosperous and they have sufficient funds to do so. Their pay should reflect the volume of work they complete and the contribution they make to their company.

Well I have never seen when a business owner was entitled to salary except he is a government worker and also running his own business aside. Then he will be earning from the government also any from his business.
I always believe it like you. But not now anymore and I believe most of them do because they are interested to be discipline and control their spending.
Anything that will promote proper servings in business is a welcome development.
