When is the right time to hire an additional employee?

OK , that is nice. As long as you have a little understanding of cryptocurrency and how to predict it market movement , it will be much easier for you with forex because probably the technical analysis may not have so much difference.

My knowledge of cryptocurrency trading is still very limited as I am not a cryptocurrency analysts or a professional trader. However, I still manage to learn new things and i am developing my trading strategy as well.

The best time is when you feel that your business is already growing. This way, you would be able to move on without having to rely on other things. Get new employees all the time.

The strength of the business is what should determine the number of employees that must be hired. If the business is growing stronger financially and in production of goods and services then more employees should be hired based on the demand for their products or services.

That is the best thing for now , it is advised that you do it as soon as possible so that you can try benefiting from the current bear market that is about taking place.
 
When the current employees can't carry all the workload at work, you should definitely hire another employee to reduce the stress in the work. You should probably notice this before time as an employer and you don't necessarily have to wait till the employees start complaining

What I mean is that If you can consider upgrading your technical analysis skill now , it will be very much easier for you because when the bullish market set in, you can be making profit along with it. That will be the best strategy.
 
My take on this is if a business has grown actually and Can Sustain itself and that the rate of stock turn over is high, and that the customer influx overwhelms the manpower then it's the right time for you to hire an additional employer.
 
There will be a time in the organisation when the production will definitely increases since you are getting new and more customer and the work won't be enough for the present workers , then you need an additional workers

When the owner of the business realise that the workload been on one employee is becoming huge and its affecting the rate of speed of the business it is allowed to hire an additional employee.

you know it is time to hire. As a matter of fact, I don't necessarily agree with that opinion, I think if you want to run an efficient business you need to have the right people with you from the beginning of the business.
