I think that organized is the best way to go because i think that if you are too laid back then people will start to take advantage and this can hurt the forum.

I play different roles. On one of my forums, I am very active, in fact, I am one of the top posters, I frequently create topics and reply to the topics. However, on another forum, I am very passive. I have only created important topics, guidelines for instance, I do not post too much.
