Even without upgrade you could for example check other rewarding parts from PTC, generally it could include tasks, offerwalls, surveys, referral contest, and even more tools. But people still limited to view ads doesn't earn nothing.

This is true if you rely only on the advertisement part, you have to manipulate most of the offers of PTC site like offers survey tasks and not only the ads.
