What would you like to see in Xenforo 2.0?

It is no secret or surprise that the next major evolution of Xenforo is well underway and there is a lot of speculation about what may be coming to the script.

My question for you...what would you like to see?
For me, i'd like to see less need for me to have go buy an add-ons because the software lacks features it should already have. Hopefully a more compelling 1st party suite solution that is comparable to IPB and to a lesser extent, WBB.

I want more customization, less of a pain for things like add-ons, and easier node controls. A LOT of xF is kinda a pain on the backend.

I would love to see an easier way to be able to add smilies. Right now the way you add them is good but having a mass upload ability rather than having to add them one by one manually would be amazing if that could be built in.

I agree with Izaya as well having certain addons that you would expect to see on this kind of software built in rather than having to spend more getting those features would be brilliant.

I am looking forward to seeing what they have planned for Xenforo 2.0 and I am really hoping they bring in some cool features,

This can already be done by Importing them. It is how I uploaded over 500+ smilies into one of my forums with the correct categories too.

Don't forget that the more XenForo adds, the more bulky the software gets, and the harder it will be on your system. Keeping it lightweight and user friendly can be a good thing, while having addons as an option for those who would like those features.

I guess you're right. That's how most things normally are, though. Some things like smilies, emoticons, and board icons are a huge pain in XenForo. It's not easy to do it in most other softwares, but xF is a special pain.

I strongly disagree. When you know how to use it and also know products that can do it better, using Xenforo becomes tedious

I just put in 800 new smileys on a big board of xenforo, with categories and everything in less than 5 minutes.
