What motivates you to keep going?

I don't have my own forum, but I can relate to how I deal with the issues I face when working in forums. One thing I do is try to refocus on what I am passionate about in the forums; writing and expressing my thoughts. When I remind myself this, I just start getting more energized and motivated to keep going.

The desire to live comfortably, the desire to take care of my parents and even my unborn Kids are few reasons that keels me from stopping. It is why I continue to work hard always to make ends meet and beyond

Money is a great motivation factor. I am still in a college and I am studying hard in a hope that someday I will get a good paying job and I will be earning really well. So, I am motivated to go to college because someday I will be earning money.
What motivate me to keep going is the gift of life, I believe once there is life then there is hope, all you need is forget the past and move on to achieve new things.

My dreams keep me going. When I joined bizdustry I was thrilled to be making cool cash weekly then the update came that earnings had reduced but I was determined that I had set a quota of earnings from the site and so I continued, it's getting better now though with the newer updates.

We've all had days where we wish we could run away to a tropical beach and relax. It's definitely not a practical escape plan unless you're really going to abandon everything and become a travel blogger. A stronger option is to examine the motivational methods.

When there is a heavy paycut on what members received from the start, they start getting discouraged. The owner of the platform is what motivated me to stay on.

Your answer is rather hypothetical. Life is a gift, but what value does this gift has when you cannot buy food for this life to live. I am being realistic, money motivates me to work

In every forum, prompt interaction between the admin and the forum members is essential. As a forum member, I want to know the admin is available. Regular updates is equally important. If the members are less interested, let them have a platform to discuss the reasons for their inactivity without the fear of their account being deactivated.

From my experience as a staff and active member in Bizdustry and some forums ago, increasing the rewards for the members will keep the forum alive for a long time because, in this way, you're motivating them to keep writing and make money. They will be sure that they won't find another resource of money with no Bizdsutry; however, this will also increase the degree of trash and spam posts because members will keep writing just for money and not make quality posts.

But, self-confidence and the good management of the owners will be the key to that.^^

When I joined this forum, it was paying really well. However, despite the cut on the pay rate I am quite active here. I am active here for two things, one I am enjoying interactions, two I am hoping that the pay rate will improve.
You are absolutely right Because Initially, everyone could easily earn two or three dollars a day through this forum When 50 Biznote to post a comment and 70 Biznote for one post So many people joined this forum But when they reduced biznote many people left this form.If it increase Biznote then many people would like to join it again.

well, i really understand you, but decreasing the posting points massively to that previous one was pretty bad news for the guys that are used to be here, if i were in your place, i would drastically decrease it and not everyone will complain and they will surely understand that financial situation isn't at its finest for now, but i'm glad that those times are past now!

I believe those who left this forum were not valuable asset for this community. Those who are staying here despite low payment are helping the community to grow.

What motivates me always is the fact that where I am is not a destination but just part of the journey, with Time I'm sure going to overcome everything.

The sense of fulfilment that one get from fulfilling an assignment is more than enough to get motivated. Especially when you know that that is the only way to really feel happy with yourself.

One of the things that can drive me on when I encounter a ditch in business or any or all of the above listed experiences is the positive mindset that the business will surely stabilize and yield well. Also, knowing that I have or am into something good, I gain strength from the fact that the genuity of what I offer will surely bring back old and departed customers and also usher in new ones.

Right now one of my motivating factor is money. I borrowed certain amount of money and I need to pay back before the due date.

You made a statement that got my attention about loss of interest in forums and less registration of new members, we should look at what causes this problem before proffering solution. For me what motivates me is the need to earn more.

I don't have any forum of my own but what motivated me to keep going is the people around me, and the encouragement am getting from them.

What can motivate me to keep on going in my forum if I happened to have one later on would be when I'm being faced with challenges would be that all challenges are temporary and as such they will soon go away.

There was a time that our office website was losing members in the forum. It was caused by the quarrel of 2 top posters that other members were turned off. I had wanted to close the forum but our boss asked me to make it alive as before. Fortunately I have friends in the entertainment industry that provided posting assistance.
