The income I earn from the site keeps on motivating me I gain a lot of income from my site which keeps on motivating me.

You are, if you earn a considerable amount of money it will keep you motivated, money is a good motivating factor that will help us to get what we want.
 
This forum was paying pretty nicely when I first joined.
Nevertheless, despite the pay drop, I remain very active here.
I participate because I like interacting with people and because I want the pay rate to go up.

That's true, but we can still earn a considerable amount of money posting on different forums online, bizdustry is a good forum that you'll like to be posting on.
 
We all have bad times on our forums, where it seems that no new members are joining, and the member are becoming less interested and less active on our forums. In a situation like this what motivates you to keep going on your forum?
No matter what is going on outside of them or within them, successful people always find a way to stay motivated. Establishing and meeting deadlines provides me a sense of success, which pushes me to continue.

And also I think if you are a deciplined individual you can even do with or without having motivation,one thing I've learned about motivation is you'll be motivated now but later you'll be less motivated an that's how it will fade away.
