Hello to everyone.

Considering everyone's experience of being an employee or something similar, what is the main trait of a good boss!?
Discipline, intelligence, character, self-confidence, so which are the traits that stand out the most in such positions?

A good boss is someone who takes the lead without looking down to his/her staff. Listens to issues if they should arise. Self-confidence is also important. But most importantly, listens to his staff.

What makes a good boss is one that listens to their employees and helps improve the work environment or in this case the community. They must have a a strong personality and should be able to handle criticism when it arises. They should also be friendly to their fellow employees, but of course not too over friendly. This can cause favoritism which can and will reflect back on other employees that will cause issues.

A good leader must also stand out for his problem-solving capacity. You must have the necessary skills to solve problems that may arise within the organization. You must be firm when making decisions and stand out for doing so with determination and good spirits.

All of the qualities that you have already outlined here are required for someone who is expected to be a boss to have because they are the things that are going to help him or her be successful in managing and directing a business that is under him. It's so that he will get everything to be working the way it is supposed to be.

If you don't have a proper management skill as a boss, it is going to be very difficult for you to own and run any kind of business setup.

1. The ability to accept feedback
2. Considerate of members/staff/etc
3. The ability to multi-task and is able to be a leader - can hand tasks to people to complete if they can not complete them.
4. Open - someone that communicates with the staff members and are just real with them.
