It is very unfortunate that some businesses don't really value and appreciate their workers with the way they treat them when they are supposed to be treating them right. I don't understand the reason why you are going to employ someone and put him in charge of your business but you will still turn out to be maltreating the person that is working for you.

This is something I can understand because I can relate to it. I was working incredibly hard and the company never acknowledged my efforts. They kep demanding more and more. This was something that was not possible for me or anyone else.

Some companies will never know the value of what they have until they lose it. I have seen this happen over and over again with some of them where their main workers left and joined their direct rivals. This nearly put them out of business because their work dropped drastically.
