What kind of content performs better on your website? For me, original, well researched and unique content performs better. Most of my content that ranks on the first page on Google is completely original and well-researched. When I share my personal story surrounding the topic, my content also performs better. While well researched content adds authenticity, sharing your personal story helps people to connect with your content.

It depends on the niche you're in first, and then it depends on what your audience likes. If you stick with one niche, you can focus your time on that and expand it out, make it better, etc.

Content that draws people in, creates conversation, and is interesting to read, will usually be the best way to get your content to perform better.

In my experience, all niches has its own audience, while some niches draw better traffic than others. If you market your content towards the proper audience, your content tends to perform better even when it has a narrow audience group. The most important thong to consider is the quality of language and writing.

As long the content is something that's engaging, people will definitely discuss on in and that's how it will gain all the traction it needs.

I agree with you in this regard. Debate content will perform better on forums as there are people who take different sides and want to debate on the topic. But debate might be able to bring traffic from social sites and search engines as your topics might not get to the point to outperform the ranks of major , media platforms covering these debates.
