For me relaxation techniques such as deep breathing, meditation, and low impact exercise like yoga have always helped. When I am stressed out, I start breading deeply. If I am at home I do yoga or meditation. If you are anxious, I suggest you to become active, if you lie on the bed, your condition will worsen.

Meditation is very helpful in managing stress and anxiety. Sometimes when you are too stressed out or have strong anxiety, you might not be able to concentrate in meditation, in a situation like this breathing exercise helps
