What is Your Policy for Sharing Links in the Post

Here on Bizdustry, we have zero tolerance policy against adding links within the post. If you have to add links, the post would be considered and you need permission from the administrations. This policy is heavily exercised among new users. What kind of policy do you have for sharing links within the posts.

I don't mind the sharing of links in posts if it is linking back to a source for the post in question or if it is a link to help someone who is looking for a specific site.

I am against the spamming of links to personal websites in a bid to gain backlinks and hopefully get hits or users to their websites.
