Taking Back Former Staff

If you had removed someone from a staff position in your community, would you take back the same person as a staff. If someone retired voluntarily and wants to join staff team even though there are no position available, would you make him a staff again?

It would depend on the circumstances as to why they are no longer staff as to whether I would welcome them back on the staff team at some point.

For those who stepped down due to IRL or even just to take some time away, I would not be against them joining the staff team again.

If said person had broken rules or even used their status as staff in a way that is not acceptable, I would not accept them back on the staff team.
