What is the number one question to ask yourself when you are thinking about opening a business?

The first question i will ask myself when i want to open a business is will the business be effective? Because i really need to determine what the people is lacking, so by the time i figure out then i will now ask my self will this business go a long way because i also need to look at long term of the business.

One of the questions is if the products or services i offer would attract a high level of patronage from the people, by this, i prepare or carry out a good market analysis and locational survey to see the results, my business plan has to follow as well. Doing all these processes, I am able to answer the questions and see if i can proceed or divert the capital.
