What is success according to your society?

How does the society you live in, define success? Do you have the same thoughts as them or do you have a different definition for it?

In India, as per society, a person with a secure and decent-paying job, a home, and a family car is basically considered successful.

For me, the definition of success is very different. Success is being able to fulfill every desire of myself and my loved ones with total peace of mind. I'm someone who doesn't settle for less. I want more and more. Only then I can give away more. With every passing day and with every small achievement of daily goals, success keeps getting bigger and bigger. It's an accumulation of tiny victories. #NeverSettle

Probably having a nice car, a good-paying job, a hot wife/husband, and a nice house. I live in the USA, and our society's viewpoint of success can sometimes be based on one's inflated ego. Or, maybe I'm just used to people being surprised when they hear I've never had a girlfriend and I live with my parents.

Success is simply defined in the eyes of the beholder. Success can mean being happy and content to one person, while success in another person's eyes can be the aforementioned.

Hmmm. Well. Being rich with a nice house, car(s), a yacht, and having a trophy wife sounds about right.
