What is missing in your business, that makes it not to move forward?

I think two things are actually missing fir me right now, one is the complete skill swt to run the business to its full potential, as i am currently still learning and have not fully perfected the business, another is on how to get and attract customers in the business.

I was once like an affiliate marketer but offline, I help a shop owner make sales with online advertising but stopped now because I did not pay attention to the miscellaneous expenses so I soon realized I was no longer making much money.

Most business fail because there aren't strategic planning and measures to continue if one aspect of the plan fails so they end up back at the beginning.

I have gotten a lot of things that would make my business a boom but right now I have problems with the financing as I am still gathering money to start one.
 
I know financial degradation can cause us not to move forward cos the cash flow will be weak cos of low finance of the business owner.
 
Sometimes it might not be anything that’s missing in a business that’s making it to decline or not moving the way it should be moving.Some business just need time to develop into people’s mind
 
Capital is usually the main problem and when it's not that it's usually the marketing plan not being effective of the location not being good enough for that kind of business
 
The only thing lacking in my business is actually capital. Capital is considered as the major drive of a business. It keeps a business going. There are lots of ideas but to put those ideas into full reality, you need capital.
 
Every business run smoothly basically when their is enough capital. Capital is major determinant to how far a business will go. When you do not have enough capital to run your business everything goes wrong. I am faced capital issue that has made me close 3 outlets out of my branches
 
I do not have a business because I do not have the money to start my business now, I believe what is holding my business from moving forward is the money,I'm still trying to raise some money to start up my dream business but it might take a long time.
 
Actually am not into any business right now but if I were into one I would definitely go through the background check everything out and single out plans to improve my self.

That also happened to me. When the capital is not enough it would impede the growth of the business. If I would make a start up again then I would make sure that I would have not just enough capital but lots of it. When the business makes a good run then I would have the money for growth.
 
The problem I had in my business and caused failure was my change of location. I had a new business I started around November last year was moving fine until I had to change to a new location this year in fact I still have some debtors who are yet to pay.
This could cause a major issue to the growth of a business aside from finance,you would find out that if your customers cnnot locate you to where they can get your product,it could cause a major challange to the growth.
 
The main reason some businesses do not really move forward is because some people don't plan very well. It is therefore very important for people to make a search about how to make their business successful.
 
For any business to move forward and be successful. You need to be determined. You need to make your business your first priority, you need to be up and running and also financial stable to be able to manage a business
 
Have your plans failed you? or the capital start up you injected in your business not up to the demand? Do you think your business location is a barrier? Or you are missing something different from what i stated? Please share what you ought to add or improve in your business to grow.
For me, capital is the major challenge here. I have a very nice and profitable business line but lack of finance is hindering my business growth. I however, hope for an improved situation soon

That's just the problem majority of people are facing today. Capital have done them harm, making their ambition to slow down from going up.
 
As business grow on daily basis there is always for one need of the other that the business will need to survive and keep growing. The major need for me in my business is capital. Capital has been the life wire of any business to grow and survive. Capital can also help to solve so many challenges that the business might encounter.
You are absolutely correct that capital is always going to be a problem in any business no matter the stage in which the business is as in economics it has been discovered that resources are always scarce so any business or company would always try to manage it resources because they are not enormous.

One major hindrance against my business which is somewhat making us stagnant is the inability for us to go global if not the country at least the state still trying to establish our name.

Its quit true that change of location can affect a business as you might loose customers who might find the new location too far for them to access on a regular basis. You would have to start from the beginning on trying to attract new customers from that location.
