What is missing in your business, that makes it not to move forward?

One thing that i face from my business is the issue of capital to meet growing demands of customers.finance is a major problem to get the necessary logistics that one need to satisfy clients.Where you have a situation of you as a business owner not meeting up demands to your clients,it affects the business.And sometimes the schedule mixed up and delay from the logistics personel makes clients to complain.And this schedule is something you cannot control,which can be affect the business.

One thing that is really missing that does not make business really succeed or move forward is effective management most business do not have effective management.

Sometimes people make set up businesses with good funding but the business will never move forward. The reason may be because of lack of idea or strategies of how to move business forward.

The problem I had in my business and caused failure was my change of location. I had a new business I started around November last year was moving fine until I had to change to a new location this year in fact I still have some debtors who are yet to pay.

Changing of business location does affects the business. It will makes the business to lose a lot of customers which will in turn reduce the profits that the business makes.

That is very true, apart from a huge financial base to fund the business ideas,another most important aspect of the business is a sound administrative acumen to be able to manage and effectivelly control processes that would guarantee stability and contineous revenue inflow.

The only thing that was missing from my business (at startup) was finding these little plastic containers that didn’t look too cheap or tacky. I needed to buy them in bulk but not spend too much because then (as we all know) it would lower my total profit after all deductions on supplies. I ended up using these and I loved them. Took me a while to find them, though. Even Dollar stores were of no help when searching for these little buggers.

I agree that strategy in business is important particularly for a business that is wanting in more customers. It is not easy to improve the revenue that is why there is the need for marketing and marketing budget as well. Advertising is one element for that purpose of gaining more buyers.

^^ Those are little plastic pales and I’d fill them with Florida sand and then mix the sand with coconut essential oils + coconut scented wax shavings sprinkled on top (blends right in) and what you’ve got there is a scented sand air freshener!

Management and planning is one thing that will make your business not to grow fast if you lack the skills and knowledge so one has to really build on his management skills.

My business need a lot of money because that is what is wrong with my business and if I have enough money to post my business up I think my business will reach the stand that I would like it to be but for now I'm still struggling to get so much money to invests on my business and sit and enjoy the fruits of my labour.

Not you alone many businesses are suffering from the lack of money to expand it and this even lead to many businesses been closed.
