My neighborhood has a lot of old people and it is for that reason that I love it. For the most part, it's quiet and everyone gets along.

Same as you, everyone seems to get along. Its nice and quiet which is hard to come by sometimes

Awesome! I've lived near young folks (I sound like an old man) and always ended up moving a few months later.... This was when I was renting, which wasn't too long ago.. Absolutely hated it.

I live with my fiancé now (she owns a house) and was finally able to escape apartment life, but frankly, I would be miserable if she had a house in a neighborhood of youngers (again I sound like an crotchety old man).
