What do you have to say about Microsoft acquisition of Activision?

There is a lot of dust being raised in the gaming industry as a result of Microsoft's planned acquisition of Activision. Google and other top players have joined in saying no to this deal happening. Do you think it is something one should be worried about?

It's looking like unless they can turn things around, the UK may have placed a ban on this and it may not be going through now. They say it isn't fair to UK gamers that Microsoft could take over Activision/Blizzard and potentially use their ownership to prevent other platforms from getting the games such as Call of Duty even though they said that would not be a problem.
