We know that we may need to make a customer ticketing system in order to assist your customers in the best manner. This is why there are so many websites put there that tend to use many ticketing system like zendesk, Kustomer, Freshdesk, etc. So, which one of them is the best one?

I think Zendesk is the best when it comes to Customer ticketing system or Customer service in general. Zendesk is trusted and used by a lot of people. It is the most powerful and user friendly CRM Tool.

Well, I have not used any of them and I don't think I have had a personal experience with any of them but a lot of people talk about zendesk. I guess it is more popular than the rest.
 
I prefer help scout. I love its live chat feature. Navigating around is quite easy. When it comes to customer ticketing though, I prefer hubspot. I love that it can be integrated accross more than one channels.

I don't really know about the main customers support system ,mbut u have heard about zendesk and I have been working on it , zendesk seems to be one of the best customer support system.
 
The various customers support tickets sounds really new to my hearing but I believe I most have learned from today and try to make more or new information about it which I believe it might help in my business someday.
 
I use email support. People willing to contact me can use the contact page and reach me via an email. For dedicated service, I also use telegram as I find telegram fast and also reliable for customer support

Email support system is also good and i think that there are still many people who tend to use it a lot. However, the fact of the matter remains that support systems such as Freshdesk are also good to use. They offer optimal customer support.
 
A site I worked for in the past used Freshdesk, which was a customer service app/site where you could take questions from users in a centralized location. You could also connect your email and receive Freshdesk notifications that way.

Yes, but in many cases, you may need to have additional support systems in order to facilitate your customer. For example, in many cases, customer may need quick support and chat system is the best way to offer the optimal customer support as well.

Personally, I have been on multiple website that makes use of zendex services and from my experience with their customer service relation, I would say that it is a very nice option for someone to have as their customer support system because it is very efficient.

For a forum, the forum software itself should have a internal ticket system to handle problems. People shouldn't be emailing you for every problem they have with the forum moderators or because a button broke.

I know on Invision Power Board and Xenforo, they have ticket systems.
 
I do not use IPB or Xenforo, I use MyBB and phpBB. I have not checked if there are any add ons or extensions for the ticket system. On my wordpress websites, I use contact form as a support system. I have integrated messaging apps like telegram on some of my online stores. You need a dedicated support system if you are selling products and services, however, if you are running just content site, a blog or a discussion, you might not need an eleborate support system.

The person's budget also plays a role on the kind of software they are going to make use of because you cannot be able to afford a particular software for setting up your forum, there is no way you can be able to make use of it or features it renders to the user.

Live chat method will also mean that you are always there or have those that can help out to handle some cases. In a situation where this is not working, then having a different option of interacting with the customers should suffice as a good customer service grows confidence in the business.

It's very important to note that your live chat support system should never be handled only by robots. This is going to downright insult to your customers. The robots can start and hold up a conversation for your customer service representative to take over.
