What can we do to get more people to watch our videos on YouTube?

Even though I don't have any YouTube channel I am running at the moment, but I do know that traffic is very important if the video will have good view. But we should not forget that it is only quality traffic that can bring quality view. So, quality contents has to be considered first before advertising the video or channel
That is just my opinion though.
