Site Management What are your must have's in your community guidelines?

Guidelines within an online community are important but depend on the kind of community you have and what you are happy to allow and not allow.

When it comes to community guidelines, one thing I have noticed most always include is the following

No Spam
No Abuse or Harassment (including racism)
Treat Others How You Wish To Be Treated

Those are the ones I can think of at the moment off the top of my head.

Are there any others that you like to include in your community guidelines?

I always include those guidelines, I also add the following:
Do not share cracked software, warez, etc.
Do not backseat moderate or beg to be staff.

No harassing other members
no adult content (unless there's a NSFW/18+ section in which case no adult content outside of those sections)
No PMing people w/ promotions of your own forums/blogs.
