I have grown up knowing that time is money and the one's that are wasted isn't ever going to come back which is why I don't joke with my time. It's why I make of division of labor and tasks to make all work faster.

Good advice, I have come across certain entrepreneurs who do not care to have a backup plan. Though it's good to be confident in your ideas and plans but you should always have a backup plan Incase anything happens.
