the principles of management are the activities that “plan, organize, and control the operations of the basic elements of [people], materials, machines, methods, money and markets, providing direction and coordination, and giving leadership to human efforts, so as to achieve the sought objectives

Controlling: Evaluate how well you are achieving your goals, improving performance, taking actions. Put processes in place to help you establish standards, so you can measure, compare, and make decisions.

Principles are rules rules of nature guiding how things should be carried out. In the business sector, it can be in the form of employees management, consumer relations, income revenue regulations, etcetera.

Yes, these are the things which are called the principles of management. If you work in coordination with employees, you are managing in a proper way. Be generous to employees if they work properly. It is the manager who can control business through proper coordination.

The principles of management are:
• divison of labour
•Managers must have the authority to give orders, but they must also keep in mind that with authority comes responsibility.
•Discipline must be upheld in organizations, but methods for doing so can vary.
•Employees should have only one direct supervisor.
•The workplace facilities must be clean, tidy and safe for employees. Everything should have its place.

There are many principles of management, but the principles of Management that know to me are; controlling, motivation, monitoring, heading, communication, information, e.t.c these are principles I can mention now.
