What are the most consistent sales-based revenue methods?

If you were had enough money or connections to choose whatever you needed, what would be the options you'd be most interested in pursuing for profit, and why? For me, I think exporting would be the coolest way to drive money from sales, because while I love ebooks, spending a million to make a few hundred thousands sounds pretty awesome. Gotta have that million first though...and enough money to eat left over...
