Well here in my country, private establishments also provide pension as packages to employees as well.
I wouldn't be happy if only government establishment are those giving pension; means the private sector isn't attractive or seek to enslave people then.

Here things don't go as planned always especially for the poor, pensions are being embezzled without consequences so you wonder if it's really worth staking ones future on, maybe in a better society definitely

People in my country who have worked for the government in the public sector for at least 60 years are eligible for an old age pension; women must be 55 or older.

If you want to get a pension then you need to be registered with the pensions board and in my country you just need to be working with the government actively and you are automatically enrolled.
